Supporting Organizational Capacity

Strengthening human service delivery.

Everything we do at the Center for Social Innovation is designed to improve the capacity of human service providers to make a difference in the lives of the people they serve. Along with instilling best practices and providing relevant training, we strengthen organizational and staffing capacity.

  • Strategic Planning. Our strategy development process often includes internal and external self-study activities to help organizations set compelling directions for their future.
  • Organizational Design. In designing a structure for management and staff, we recognize that clarity of roles and responsibilities is key to organizational success.
  • Workforce Development. Training is critical but workforce development also covers a range of activities from recruitment through self-care and career development that strengthen the professional identity, skills, and resilience of the workforce.

Building organizational capacity can seem daunting when demands for service outstrip available resources. We stand ready to help meet this challenge with sound planning and management support.
